Welcome to My Website!
I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at the George Washington University (GWU). My research focuses on both theoretical and applied Macroeconomics. I am currently working on the effects of macroeconomic volatility on the financial system and welfare, as well as their policy implications.
I received a M.Phil. in Economics from GWU with specialization in International Finance and Monetary Economics. I also earned a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom and a B.A. degree in Economics (a six-year program) with Magna Cum Laude Honors at the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina.
In addition to my academic background, I have almost ten years of professional experience in macroeconomic analysis, having worked as a Consultant at the World Bank and at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C., and as an Associate Economic Affairs Officer at the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean in Chile.
